Ten-Finger Tony
You wake up strapped to a card table, guillotines over your fingers. Across from you, a corpse with a TV for a head deals. Poker for fingers, charms that chain, and a pot that grows with every one that comes off. Beat Tony, and walk out with it - just remember that he doesn't like to lose.
