The unearthing of the first Mana Crystal brought Aliad a century of prosperity, and its people flourished on magic. Yet in the distant sky, a crack quietly appeared, and it has since grown into the World Rift. But the ancient pacts have long been buried beneath the profits at hand. Swarming monsters are seen as nothing more than a gold mine for adventurers, and the mounting corpses as a fortune for necromancers.
