Adapt houses to uneven ground or anchor rooms on brackets against the cliff face. Raise, lower, smooth and flatten the terrain to frame your views, and paint winding lanes between the homes. The painterly style gives the feel of a living illustration.

Watch the village come to life

What you build shapes who lives here. When you create an accessible new cottage, an arriving household may move in—a single neighbour, a couple, or a family with children. As you add homes and workshops, people move in and start using them. No management required. A bakery opening at dawn, a cheerful afternoon tea room, or an evening pub. Nearby businesses give villagers places to work and destinations for daily errands.

Everyday seaside moments
