Who Framed The Cat?

STORY

Someone has framed Mandarin the ginger cat. A double is prowling the quiet seaside neighborhood and causing trouble, and every mess he leaves comes with a tuft of ginger fur. The neighbors are certain the culprit is Haruka's beloved pet. On Sunday, she will take him to the shelter.

Mandarin has seven days. He has to track down his double, figure out who has been feeding him and why, and prove his innocence to people who only hear him say "meow." Meanwhile the neighbors are turning on each other, and someone very much wants them to sell their homes.

• A detective story told by a cat. People only see what you do. With other cats, Mandarin talks normally, and every cat has its own personality, its own secrets and its own price for information.
