Desktop Goblins

About the game
A village of tiny goblins moves onto your desktop. They build huts on your icons, mine for gems, throw parties, start fires, go on strike, and if you poke them too much, they declare war on your mouse cursor.
Original Steam description
Desktop Goblins turns your Windows desktop into a living goblin village. It runs on top of your wallpaper while you work, and the goblins treat your icons as land to build on.
They chop, haul, mine and build on their own. Huts grow into stone houses, platforms hang from platforms, and an express lift carries miners up the tower. Each goblin has its own strength, intelligence, wage and mood.
Then things go wrong. A chief who skims the treasury sparks strikes and riots. A stray firework burns down the woodshed. Shamans summon rain, gold and spirits, at the price of a grave. Poke the goblins too often and they grab your cursor, drag it home and tie it up.
Your files are always safe: goblins never open, move, rename or delete anything. Press Ctrl+Shift+G at any time to pause them and get your cursor back.
