Recruit Operators from a growing roster of distinct characters, each with their own visual design, combat abilities, and personality. Build fireteams around powerful Synergies, assemble specialist squads to counter dangerous Hazards, or simply deploy with your favorites — the choice is yours.

Defeat simulated combat scenarios to extract data, strengthen your roster, research improvements to STAK infrastructure, and push deeper into the Simulation. Farm upgrade components, Operators, and equipment from previously cleared zones actively, passively, or even while offline.

Reposition Operators at the right time, choose the exact moment to fire a skill, and read the battlefield to give your squad the best chance at victory. Intervene more as dangerous enemies appear, then sit back and watch upgraded teams tear through scenarios that once gave you trouble.

Tune each Operator for different missions and save stat configurations as presets for quick swaps when the battlefield changes. As you invest points into different weapon stats, the weapon itself changes—attachments are added to visually reflect the build you’ve created. Customize your builds further with weapon coatings, unique wraps, and an expanding selection of Operator costumes.
