About the game

Original Steam description
Your harvest might fight back.
Discover wild plants, research crops, and plant your first field in Wheatstead. Then put your harvest to work in a factory. Some crops become monsters when they mature. Take up arms and bring the resources you earn in battle back to the production line.
Connect your farm to a production line
Move items on conveyors, carry liquids through pipes, and supply power through cables. Arrange machines, link their processes, and work out where supplies are running short or getting stuck. The output of one machine becomes the input for the next.
Turn crops into bread, paper, and chocolate
Mill wheat into flour and bake it into bread, or process cocoa into chocolate. Explore papermaking, tea, soap, and textiles, too. Find uses for different raw materials and by-products as you expand your factory.
Program drones to work your fields
Assemble drones and use blocks or code to plan tilling, sowing, harvesting, and hauling. Send them back to a docking port to resupply.
Find resources in the wild and trade in town
Explore forests, grasslands, and regions with different climates to discover plants you can research. Grow crops, care for animals in their pens, trade in town, and take on commissions. Research new plants, equipment, and weapons to develop your farm further.

A promise with fifteen years to prepare
A visitor claiming to come from another world offers to take your entire settlement away for an enormous fee. You have fifteen in-game years to prepare. As you farm, build, and save, listen to your companions, face conflicts within the settlement, and make your own choices. The story has multiple endings.
Build alone or share the work
Play solo, or share the farming, building, and fighting with friends in the same world. Co-op supports LAN and direct host connections. A reachable host address and port are required.
Development note
Wheatstead is owned by my father. I am 14 years old and have taken a leave of absence from school for mental health reasons. During this time, I have been helping develop the game. My role is limited to development.
