Getting into the Demon Castle is harder than it looks

Every woman in the land wants to move into the Demon Castle, but the Demon Lord's army is not exactly open to walk-ins. Rejected saints, knights and angels march on the gate with whole armies, loudly "here to slay the Demon Lord." They are actually here for the job interview.

How it plays

You are the Demon Lord, and your guards are a squad of cool, squishy slimes. Merge two slimes of the same kind and star level to get a random new slime one star higher, set up your formation, chain elemental reactions, and hold the Castle Gate. Hold it, and the applicant passes the interview: she joins your army as an Officer and can fight beside you. Camilla, your icy, sharp-tongued adjutant and HR chief, runs the tutorials and insults you as a free bonus.

Stubborn applicants

• Lisera: the "top" summoner of the Holy Church (the title was a lottery), hopelessly lost, and her summons are rented
  
• Alicia: a Holy Knight Commander who can spin any embarrassment into something "tactical"
  
• Sylphie: a shy novice nun, followed by a Double that says everything she cannot
  
• Seraphina: a self-proclaimed noble seraph, actually heaven's last pick, who just discovered instant noodles
  
• Saint Marian: the holiest Grand Saint around, whose voice changes completely when the act drops
