Headbone InteractiveDiscovered Nov 2, 2026

About the game

Pack your bags! Rapu and the Gigglebone Gang are off to ten countries — India, Egypt, Japan, Peru and more — for 50 fun activities, songs, stories and hidden-object hunts. See the world without leaving the couch. A restored 1996 Headbone Interative classic.

Original Steam description

A world of adventure and learning is waiting for you! Join Rapu and the Gigglebone Gang for a fun and engaging tour all around the world.

Celebrate a national holiday in India. Pick up local slang in Australia. Make your own fireworks display in China. Sail down the Nile in Egypt — and keep an eye out for crocodiles. Rapu the tiger is your guide, and the rest of the Gigglebone Gang has come along.

Visit and learn about ten different countries: Australia, China, Egypt, Ghana, India, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Peru and Russia. Originally released by Headbone Interactive in 1996 and now fully restored for modern desktops, World Tour packs fifty activities into a trip you take in whatever order you like.

Key Features

  • Ten Countries, Fifty Activities: Pick a country off the world map and the whole gang travels with you. Many activities await you in every country, and a Grid tracks what you've tried.

  • Fact! or Fib? with Velma: Velma presents six things she claims are true about the country you're visiting. Some of them are. Decide which, one at a time.

  • Stories and Hunts with Rapu: Narrated picture-stories that cross three countries at a time, broken up by hunts where you choose from the clues on screen — and where the last choice decides how the story ends.

  • Mix 'n' Match with Chester: Seven objects drawn from a pool of twenty, hidden in scenes from around the world. Hints, an easy and a hard mode, and Beat-the-Clock if you want the pressure.

  • Learn a Little of the Language: Match pictures to the right Hindi word in India. Design a Russian music box and watch the figures dance to the Nutcracker. Build a fireworks display in China.

  • Poke 'n' Prod with Bunji: Ten learning-filled toy boxes, one per country, full of things that react when you poke them.

  • Fully Restored 1996 Animation: Hand-drawn cartoon art over photographic backdrops, with a complete voice cast and a song in every country, rebuilt to run natively on modern machines. Ages 4 to 8, no reading required.
