An unknown year in an alternate history.
The world is coming to an end.
Countries around the globe are joining forces to prepare for a desperate struggle to survive the inevitable. Meanwhile, for reasons unknown to anyone, Poland completely closes its borders and cuts off contact with the outside world. No one knows what is happening beyond its borders.
And then there's you.
A lonely garbage collector spends the last hours of his life just as he does any ordinary day.
A call from the office. A broken elevator. A vandalized stairwell. Stairs that are too steep. Work tools that are dangerous to health and life.
Life. With all its beauty and sorrow.
You pick up trash. That's what you do.
Find it, pick it up, dispose of it, move on, repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
