In a tower of sealed books, the stories wake up at night. Wolves, witches, giants, wicked queens and more climb out of the pages and flood the halls. As the librarian, equip the heroes of those stories with books and fight back. Which books to collect, how to grow them: every run comes down to split-second decisions and your build.

Features

• Build, don't aim: your books attack on their own. You move, dash and choose.
  
• Choose where your charms go: the book you slot a charm into shapes your build.
  
• Evolve your books: max out a book, add its partner charm and partner item, then open a high-rank chest to unleash its evolved form.
  
• Chests that rank up: a chest can climb through six colors as it opens. Then pick one of three rewards.
  
• Read the boss, then dodge: mid-bosses and stage bosses warn you before their big attacks. Learn the signs and dash out.
  
• Carry your build forward: defeat a stage boss and take everything into the next stage, or stay and see how long you last.
  
• A trap in every stage: each stage has its own trap you can turn against the horde.
  
• A shelf full of quests: complete quests to unlock new books, items, charms and heroes.
  
• Heroes from old tales: play as heroes from fairy tales, folklore and legends, each with a different starting book and strengths.
  
• Keyboard or gamepad: full controller support.
