About the game

Trap the cubes before they crush you. A rhythm-puzzle game where rolling waves of cubes dance to the music: lay mines, dodge the forbidden black ones, climb towers and face bosses who fight to the beat of their song. Inspired by I.Q.: Intelligent Qube (PlayStation).

Original Steam description

Inspired by the PS1 classic I.Q.: Intelligent Qube (Kurushi), taken somewhere new.

Waves of cubes roll toward you to the beat of the music. Lay traps, capture them before they fall off the edge, and don't let them crush you.

Mark a cell, wait for a cube to roll onto it and capture it. Cubes come in many colours, each with its own behaviour and consequences. Chain captures for combos.

Let them fall. Every other cube you miss tips the scale, and the stage crumbles under your feet, one row at a time.

The course goes from flat paths to towers, some with two faces rolling at once. Cross between them round the corner.

Between stages, pick a card: wider blasts, extra mines, extra lives, guardian angels and power cubes that sweep rows, slow time or strike like lightning.

Bosses wait along the course, each with its own song and its own surprises for the stage.

  • A course of paths and towers chained one after another, some towers with two faces to fight on at once.
  • Power cubes: green blasts, red beams, slow-motion yellows, ghosts, lightning… and black cubes you must never take.
  • Cards between stages to build your own kit: wider blasts, extra mines, guardian angels, extra lives.
  • Bosses who fight to the beat of their own song, each with rules of its own.
  • Combos, an interactive tutorial, an online ranking, and English, Spanish, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.
Best played with a gamepad.
