SKYGUARD: Last Light

About the game
A minimalist incremental defense game. Start with one missile silo over your city, destroy screens full of threats, upgrade your firepower, and turn the Moon, the Sun, a black hole and even higher dimensions into weapons. Ten scales, ten chapters, ten doomsday ultimates.
Original Steam description
The First Missile
A city-killer asteroid is falling toward your city, and all you have is one missile silo. Destroy the incoming threats, earn money and upgrade your firepower. Your defense starts in the sky ten kilometres above the city.
Turn the Cosmos into Weapons
Rooftops, the Moon, the Sun, Jupiter, a black hole… all 50 celestial bodies in the game can be converted into weapons, each with its own attack. The Sun is wrapped in a Dyson sphere, and the black hole at the galactic centre becomes an engine.
More Firepower
Every chapter unlocks a main weapon with a whole new attack: missile salvos, kinetic rods, gravity wells, pulsar beacons, quasar jets… with up to 48 turrets firing alongside.
Ten Ultimates
Droplet
Fourier Decomposition: everything the pen tip passes detonates.
Mandelbrot
Ten Bosses
Every chapter has a giant threat: a city-killer asteroid, a magnetar, an alien megastructure warship, a cosmic catastrophe core… each with its own skill and energy layer. Interrupt it while it charges, and destroy it before time runs out.
Ten Scales
City → Earth → Inner Solar System → Outer Solar System → Oort Cloud → Stellar Neighbourhood → Milky Way → Supercluster → Observable Universe → The Brane. Finish a chapter and your defense jumps with you to the next scale.
