SO-3: Caso 044 is a single-player narrative psychological horror adventure that moves between a fictional operating system and first-person 3D environments.

An ordinary session begins to change. Conversations grow unsettling, files reveal unexpected details, and familiar places stop feeling safe. Investigate Case 044 by gathering clues on the desktop and exploring the house as a presence distorts what you thought you knew.

Investigate through SO-3's applications

Talk to family and friends through chat and choose from the available replies to open new lines of conversation. Pay attention to what your contacts tell you and connect their messages with the documents and posts you find.

Use the browser to search for information and follow links within fictional websites. Open files, read documents, and examine a social network that is part of the story. These applications contain clues and tasks that help you move the investigation forward.

Explore the house and match the framing of its photographs

During the 3D sections, explore the house in first person, examine rooms, and interact with objects to complete objectives. Careful observation matters beyond the screen, too.

One challenge involves collecting a folder of photographs, reviewing its images, and finding the places where they were taken. Adjust your position and viewing angle to match each photograph's framing and recover files connected to the investigation.
