HANDBUILT: Korean Construction Simulator
Скоро
About the game
Steam
Not a construction sim that just fakes it
This isn't a game where you press a button and a wall goes up.
You pick up blocks one at a time, spread the mortar, check the level and strike the joints with your trowel. Walls, plaster, paint — none of it gets done unless you do it by hand, bit by bit.
Take it lightly and you'll get burned
HANDBUILT is not an easy game.
The site manager watches you from start to finish. You can wing it, but how it turns out is anyone's guess.
Set mortar won't smooth out under the trowel, and a block with set joints only comes out if you smash it with a hammer. Tear a building down in the wrong order and it comes down on your head. Raise a boom near power lines and electrocution ends your workday.
Botch the day's work and it comes out of your daily pay. Sloppy work means no clocking out.
Faster with four. And louder
One hauls blocks, one mixes mortar, one runs the excavator. You can play solo, but with four it's definitely faster — and there are definitely more accidents. Co-op for up to 4 players.
Heavy equipment, just as hands-on
Work the boom, arm and bucket yourself with the levers to dig, swing and dump. Everything from a 1-ton mini excavator and a 22-ton excavator to forklifts, dump trucks, rollers and a 400-ton crane. You can also swap in a breaker or a tiltrotator.
Gear shop — buy it, and it's yours

At the labor office's gear shop you buy excavators, forklifts, hauling and lifting machines, aerial work platforms, compaction gear and excavator attachments yourself. Short on cash? There's a used section too.
Spin every machine around in 3D to check its specs and the certificate it needs. What you buy is yours — take it to any job site. Bring the right machine for the job and you earn its share on top of your daily pay; earn certificates and your pay goes up.
Creative — your lot, your building

No daily pay, no nagging from the site manager. Pick an empty lot in the new town of Gaon District, use as many materials and machines as you like without worrying about cost, and build whatever you want yourself, from start to finish.
You can dig down as deep as 4 m, and you build exactly the same way you do on job sites. What you end up with depends on your skill.
Build your own buildings, fill the empty lots one by one, and create a neighborhood of your own.
More development zones will be added in future updates.
Key Features
- The real process, step by step — chalk line → excavation → formwork → rebar → pour. Right down to the snap of the chalk line and the marks your trowel leaves.
- 13 daily jobs — building boundary walls, painting apartment exteriors, plastering shops, tiling bathrooms, laying water mains, paving asphalt, pruning street trees, demolishing buildings, thinning forests and more.
- 30 machines · 12 excavator attachments — from walk-behind compactors to a 400-ton crane. Buy them yourself and roll out to the site with your own gear.
- Certificate exam yard — earn certificates by passing exams modeled on real Korean trade qualifications such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting and excavator operation.
- Campaign — build a guardhouse yourself, from breaking ground to the roof slab.
- Creative Mode — build your own buildings in a new town where only the roads are laid, and fill out a neighborhood of your own.
- A real Korean job site — a labor office in a shipping container, Hangul signs and banners, and the site manager's nagging.
