KIRA: Composition for One Player

Long ago, two sisters, Music and Silence, lived in a city. Music brought joy and laughter, while Silence brought calm. Together, they created harmony.

But the people grew greedy for Music and forgot Silence. Music filled the city day and night, everything became loud and noisy. Forgotten and hurt, Silence turned against her sister. She captured Music, shattered her into pieces, and hid them away.

Silence took over the city. As time passed, everyone forgot Music.

One night, a little girl named Kira saw Music in her dream. Music asked Kira to help her return to the city and gave her a tuning fork to guide the way.

When Kira woke up, she was holding the tuning fork.

And so her journey began.

Explore an enchanted world in search of hidden music, guarded by the Protectors of Silence. Defeat the guards or find a way past them to collect the scattered fragments. Once collected, the music circles follow Kira, playing their sounds as she moves through the world.

You decide which fragments to collect and which to leave behind, shaping how the final composition sounds. But you must also protect the music you've gathered. Attacks from the guards can cause Kira to lose fragments, which return to their original locations for you to collect again.
