About the game
Build your tower floor by floor and watch tenants move in. Grab a mop, fix what’s broken and keep the lifts moving. Hire staff when you can afford it, a manager when you can’t keep up, another tower when you’re ready. It looks cozy but the sim is unforgiving if you overborrow or disaster strikes.
Original Steam description
Welcome to Towerworks
Your first tower is run-down and you're already in debt. Grab a mop. Towerworks is a cozy management sim about the buildings you own and every person inside them.
Fix it up
Mop the floors. Fix what's broken. Take a hammer to the old rooms. Shine a torch down the halls to keep trouble away. Floor by floor, it comes back to life.
Build it up
Drag a box over a finished floor and fill it with apartments, offices and shops, or something fancier like a gym or a penthouse. Drag past the roof and new stories go up, crane and hard-hat crew included.
Move them in
The front wall is off, so you see it all. Movers haul boxes up in the lift, the furniture pops into place, and a couple sneaks up to the roof garden for the sunset.

Keep it running
Tenants bring rent. They also bring mess, and every one of them wants the lift in the morning rush. Keep the floors clean and the queues short, or they grumble and pay less.
Hire staff when you can afford it
Until then, you're the cleaner, the handyman and security. When the rent finally covers a wage, your first cleaner starts and you wonder how you ever managed. Add maintenance and security, and send them where they're needed. At night, a guard walks the floors by torchlight.

A manager when you can't keep up
"Technician to floor 1, please." A manager runs it all and calls out every job as it happens. Your first tower can look after itself.
Another tower when you're ready
Zoom out to the town and see what's for sale. Build fresh on an empty plot, or snap up another run-down tower, nurse it back to health and sell it on for a tidy profit. Sometimes a buyer comes knocking first.
Short of cash? The bank will lend you more, for a price.
A town of your own
The light warms into sunset, the windows come on across town, and a rain shower thins out the shoppers.
Easy on the loans
It looks cozy, but the sim can be unforgiving. Borrow too much and the bank starts selling your towers for you, and one sale can set off the next.
Did someone say earthquake? Better get insurance. If you can afford it.
