Descripción original de Steam
You have a lifetime. Spend it.
In 1,000 MONTHS, each square is one month of your life. Grow from childhood into old age, making choices about work, relationships, and how to spend your time. Watch the grid fill as everyday routines and unexpected events become part of your story. Some things are yours to choose. Others happen without asking.
MAKE CHOICES AS YOU GROW
Your earliest years are mostly beyond your control. Small choices gradually give way to decisions about study, work, relationships, where to live, and how to spend your time.
Some choices return years later. Others leave only a small trace.
SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES
Sleep, work, commuting, care, waiting, and screen time: see how everyday activities add up across a lifetime.
Some long-term choices show an estimated time cost before you decide. Revisit your Timeline to see where your time went and how your life took shape.
ONE LIFE, THEN PERHAPS ANOTHER
Reach Month 1000 and look back at the life you lived.
Start another life to encounter different moments, make different choices, and see what changes.
A QUIET PRESENTATION
1,000 MONTHS is intentionally silent, built around a minimalist grid and text-based interface.
Choose from five month speeds. Time pauses for choices and key reading screens, giving you as long as you need to decide.
Estimated playtime: Approximately 1 hour, depending on your reading pace and choices.
