Void Horizon

Coming soon

Saint RugglinDiscovered Oct 23, 2026

About the game

A twin-stick arena bullet hell. Fly 14 ships with signature weapons through a 12-stage campaign, endless sectors, a 20-minute survivor-style Arcade run and Boss Rush. Build every run from upgrades and risky Black Market deals, solo or in local co-op.

Original Steam description

Enemies pour in from every edge of the screen. Steer with one stick, aim with the other, and thread the gaps in their bullet patterns. Void Horizon is a fast arena shooter where every run builds a different ship.

Four ways to fly

  • Campaign: twelve stages and eight named bosses, from TETRA to the VOID MOTHER, a mothership that keeps coming back to finish what she started. Between the bosses fly three old-school vertical-scrolling sorties and a Galaga-style challenge stage.

  • Endless: sector after sector, each one hotter than the last and each ending in a boss fight and a warp to a new sky.

  • Arcade: survive 20 minutes against the horde. Run up to six of eleven weapons at once, evolve them, and face four elites, each a different fight.

  • Boss Rush: clear the campaign, then fight all eight bosses back to back.

Build your run

  • Each boss you beat brings an upgrade board: raise FIREPOWER, ENGINES or BARRIER, or bolt on one of twelve passive systems.

  • Strike a Black Market deal: take a curse for a big payout.

  • Graze bullets and chain kills to charge Overclock, then turn the enemy fire around you into gold.

Fourteen ships

  • Every hull flies its own signature weapon, from the Vulcan to beams, drones, flames and lightning.

  • Spend salvage from your runs to unlock new ships and colour schemes.

  • Buy permanent upgrades in the Workshop.

  • Clear the campaign to unlock the VETERAN and VOID difficulties.

Local co-op

Bring a friend to Campaign and Endless on one shared screen. Hover over a downed partner's wreck for two seconds to bring them back.

Play your way

  • Full controller support, mouse and keyboard, or keyboard only.

  • Optional auto-fire and auto-aim.

  • Screen shake and flash sliders, an optional enemy-spawn warning, and a choice of reticle colours and sizes.
