INKLINE: Erased Lines

INKLINE: Erased Lines is a hand-drawn 2D action platformer that lives right on your desktop. The game runs in a transparent strip above the Windows taskbar, so the adventure can continue alongside your browser, editor, or other programs.

If the path ends — draw a new one.

Drawing is a full part of INKLINE's gameplay. Create bridges, defensive walls, and traps, and when you reach especially large gaps, open your sketchbook and create vehicles based on a reference.

A plane, catapult, hot-air balloon, or another means of transportation can help you reach places that are impossible to cross with a normal jump. The more accurately you reproduce the drawing, the more reliable the result will be.

Small hero. Big weapon.

Combine normal and powerful attacks, use dashes, strike after jumping, slam into the ground, and unleash ink abilities against entire groups of enemies.

Different types of enemies stand in your way, from fast attacking creatures to heavier opponents with their own behavior patterns. At the end of each chapter, bosses await, capable of changing the course of the fight as the battle progresses.

One journey — ten different chapters.

The journey begins in the Flower Meadow, but gradually takes the hero farther and farther away from the peaceful beginning of the adventure.

Ink Harbor, Enchanted Forest, Stone Canyon, Clockwork Workshop, Pagoda Peaks, Ink Swamp, Sandy Desert, Snowy Mountains, and other chapters gradually lead toward the Ink Castle.

Each new chapter changes the environment, atmosphere, enemies, and challenges, and ends with its own boss battle.

Don't miss the moment when everything is ready.

INKLINE can stay by your side while you work on other things. Enable notifications, and the game can let you know when compilation or another background task finishes, when Claude or Codex responds, or when a new event appears from a supported application.

The notification appears directly on your desktop, so you don't have to constantly switch between windows and check whether the task is finished.

Some bosses have no intention of staying inside the game strip.

During special attacks, the battle visually breaks beyond the boundaries of INKLINE. Your desktop may begin to shake, cracks spread across the screen, and ink and other effects appear over the familiar space of your computer.

For a few moments, it may feel as if the boss has actually reached your desktop.
