About the game

Someone here knows what you've forgotten. Explore a sanatorium and its mirror world, piece together lost memories, and decide whom to trust in this psychological horror visual novel. Your state of mind shapes some of the choices ahead.

Original Steam description

If everyone told you that you remembered it wrong, would you still trust yourself?

You wake up in a sanatorium, unable to remember what brought you here.

Evelyn takes gentle care of you. Everyone here seems to know something about you. You alone must piece together your past from what they tell you.

Then you start paying attention to the mirrors.

Step through to the other side and search for your lost memories. Along the way, ask yourself: can you really trust the words that put you at ease?

Look again. Was it like that a moment ago?

Search rooms, examine objects, and follow clues between reality and the mirror world. Even familiar places can hold contradictions. One seemingly ordinary observation may leave you questioning what you thought you knew.

The more you try to understand, the harder it becomes to step away.

Will you pause to recover, or keep asking questions? Accept the explanation you’re given, or look for another answer?

Collect memory fragments, revisit your investigation journal, and weigh conflicting clues against one another. Your decisions aren’t just about where to go next, but who to believe.

The story spans five chapters and leads to different endings. Memory fragments you’ve found carry over into your next playthrough. With those memories in mind, familiar words may take on a different meaning.

And the questions you couldn’t bring yourself to ask? You’ll have another chance.
