Original Steam description
The mothership has crashed on Venia. There isn't much left of the crew's space station—or their dignified way home. At least one mining ship still works, and shipboard AI Virexon already has a plan: gather materials, rebuild the station, and leave this planet behind.
Dig into the Orefields combines top-down arcade action with persistent incremental progression. Fly through Venia's rocky layers, break apart mineral formations, and defend yourself against the Klapperiden, their bases, and increasingly dangerous alarm waves.
MINE. FIGHT. UPGRADE.
• Unlock 20 layers and collect 20 different materials.
• Earn experience, choose upgrade cards, and discover power-ups and artifacts during your expeditions.
• Expand your skill tree to improve your ship, weapons, and mining capabilities.
• Put collection drones, factories, loot boxes, and the Plinko-powered scrap collector to work.
A MOTHERSHIP BUILT ONE MODULE AT A TIME
Your haul matters beyond a single expedition. Invest it in permanent upgrades and rebuild all 20 modules of your crashed space station. Every step brings you closer to the next material—and to escaping Venia.
