Start as a licensed pharmacist and build your pharmaceutical business from the ground up. Run your pharmacy, serve customers, manage your stock, hire employees, and sell legitimate Formula A drugs approved by the FDZ.

But your pharmacy isn't the only way to make money.

Build and manage a factory to manufacture Formula Z drugs — powerful, unapproved medicines that can be sold on the streets or in bulk to hospitals. Formula Z drugs come with side effects, and selling them means operating outside FDZ regulations. Keep your operation hidden and avoid attracting the FDZ while moving your products and making deals.
