Find the needle. One needle is hidden somewhere in a haystack of one million straws. Dig through the pile by hand, feed the hay to the machine, upgrade your tools and search with a metal detector. No automation. No shortcuts. 99% will give up before they find it. Will you?

You are locked in a walled yard with a haystack the size of a building. There is one way out: a door. The door needs the needle.
Dig it out. Handful by handful.

Start with your bare hands. Carry the hay to the conveyor and feed the machine. The machine pays. It does not say thank you.
Spend the money in the equipment shop, where nobody is ever behind the counter. Work your way up from tongs to a hay vacuum, get a bigger backpack, upgrade the conveyor. Buy a metal detector. It points. It does not find.
No shortcuts. Nothing digs for you.

The days go by. The pile goes down. He makes less and less sense.
