About the game
Descend into dangerous caves alone or with up to 3 friends. Climb, paddle, scavenge and rescue your squad through ice, lava and lurking creatures. Pack a rope, watch your stamina, and try not to turn your next rescue into another disaster.
Original Steam description
Your rope is too short. Your friend has slipped. Something below heard the screaming.
DEEPER is a first-person cave survival adventure built for solo expeditions and chaotic online co-op. Descend through branching tunnels and enormous underground chambers, manage your supplies, and help your squad survive a place where one bad step can turn the whole trip upside down.
Getting down is a team effort
Climb uneven rock, crawl through tight passages, deploy ropes, and paddle into the darkness. Watch your stamina and choose your route: a safer detour, a narrow ledge, or a risky descent. Carry an injured teammate, pull off a desperate rescue, or throw a friend across a gap and hope they catch something.
The cave does not care about your plan
Find slippery ice, underground rivers, lava, crystal chambers, and dangerous drops. Falling rocks and hostile creatures can turn an ordinary crossing into a scramble for shelter. Deep below, a giant spider waits with webs, smaller spiders, and very little respect for personal space.
Pack carefully. Spend carefully. Panic together.
Search chests for food, medical supplies, ropes, glowsticks, and coins. Watch for a rare cave merchant, bargain for supplies, and spend earned coins on personal upgrades. Decide what to carry and what to leave behind before your backpack makes the next climb harder.
Look ridiculous. Try to survive.
Choose your face, colors, clothing, and animation style. Explore alone or bring friends for shared boat rides, bad decisions, and rescues that can go spectacularly wrong. Proximity voice chat keeps your conversations close to the action as the squad splits up and meets again underground.
