Original Steam description

Cultist: The Ritual is a first-person survival | escape horror game.

You are one of five victims kidnapped by two ruthless cultists. You wake up in a basement prison cell of an abandoned three-story mansion. You have seven nights — seven attempts to escape before a dark ritual in honor of Belphegor is completed.

  • First, silence. You are still in the cell, and you are not alone: the first cultist is walking somewhere upstairs, and every step you take, every dropped object can alert him. You need to solve puzzles, collect tools, cover your tracks, and escape right under his nose.

  • Then, the hunt. The cell is behind you, and the entire mansion lies ahead: three floors, dark corridors, locked rooms. There is nowhere left to hide, walls won't protect you, and standing still means being found.

Explore, solve, move — and remember that with each passing night, your pursuers become even more dangerous.

Your enemies:

  • The Main Cultist is a ruthless pursuer. He hears your footsteps, reacts to sound, and attacks in the dark. If he grabs you, there is only one way to break free — by pressing keys quickly and precisely (QTE).

  • Isaac is the second cultist who willingly gave himself to Belphegor. He strikes from afar with knives and slowly approaches anyone who can no longer move.

  • Gorob is a monstrous goat. He can also kill you, but you won't be able to escape the mansion without him.

Use everything you find: overcome obstacles, combine items, and bypass deadly traps. Every mistake burns one of your seven attempts and makes your enemies more aggressive.

Multiple endings await you: escaping alone, saving other prisoners, or become a monster.
