About the game

Datça, 1987. Run a seaside left-luggage counter: compare claim tickets, items and the ledger, catch the lies and decide who walks away with what. By night, chase Elif, who vanished seven years ago, through crayon-drawn dreams that regain their colour as you draw near.

Original Steam description

Some things are returned. Some things remain.

14 November 1987, Datça. Çağdaş is the clerk at the harbour's left-luggage counter. Umbrellas, keys, cassette tapes, things nobody ever came back for… Each one has an owner and a story.

His own story sits in the desk drawer: a postcard Elif gave him years ago, with a single line on the back: "Someday, together." In 1980, Elif simply didn't show up. No goodbye, no word. Seven years have passed.

By day: the counter is yours

  • Compare the claim ticket, the item and the ledger. Does the serial number match? Is this person allowed to collect it?
  • Ask questions, make a phone call, look closer. Every visitor has a reason, and not all of them are telling the truth.
  • Decide who gets the item, who has to wait and who leaves empty-handed. A wrongly released item never comes back.
  • Get by on one wallet: rent, meals and heating fuel all come out of your wage.

By night: dreams that regain their colour

When the shift ends, Çağdaş dreams. In short hand-drawn platforming nights you chase Elif along a crayon coastline: climb crates and shelves, cross on paper boats, dodge falling loads. The closer you get, the more colour returns to the world. Reach her, and the dream leaves a clue for the morning.

Elif's trail

A name, a bird sticker, a day someone remembers… Compare an old tape's date with photographs and lay letters from 1980 side by side. An old address may not point to today's door. Every lira you spend on calls and research comes out of the same wallet.

Features

  • Six days at the counter in 1987 Datça, under the southwesterly and the rain
  • Townsfolk with their own troubles, side stories and people who remember how you treated them
  • Five dream nights to play through
  • An ending shaped by your decisions
  • 51 achievements
  • Turkish, English, Spanish and Arabic
  • Large text option and reduced motion

Good to know

The counter is played at your own pace. The dream nights are short platforming sections that ask for a little timing.
