PHANTOM FLEET is a single-player naval action roguelite where you sink enemy ships, harvest their souls, and build a fleet of your own.
Take the helm of the ghost ship Hollow King. Weave through cannon fire, hunt enemy vessels, choose spectral powers, and break through naval blockades alongside your escorts. Even when a voyage ends, the souls you have gathered become the strength behind your next departure.
A fleet born from a single ghost ship
Harvest the souls of fallen enemy ships to recruit new escorts. When your fleet is full, absorb the remaining souls as power.
Wedge, line abreast, line astern, or circular escort: change formation to suit the battle and lead a ghost fleet where Hollow King and its escorts fight together.
Survive through steering and timing
Your ship moves forward automatically, but you decide its course. Account for momentum and turning speed to evade enemy fire and find the best position to attack.
Use Soul Boost to escape danger, or drop anchor to stop. Combine automatic cannon fire with manually activated skills to turn the tide of battle.
Shape your fighting style with spectral power
Choose one of three cards each time you level up. Strengthen your cannon fire, reinforce your hull, or learn a new supernatural skill: the choice is yours.
Equip up to five automatic skills. The abilities you choose first and upgrade all the way will shape how your fleet fights.
Unleash wraiths that circle enemy ships, Kraken tentacles that slam down on vessels, torpedoes that cut through the sea, and lightning from above. Send a vast tidal wave spreading out around your ghost ship and awaken your entire fleet in turquoise ghostfire.
Ten sea regions and the navy's blockade
Pirate ships, naval warships, merchant vessels, fast ships, fireships, and whalers: a variety of enemies stand in your way.
Chase fleeing treasure ships for extra opportunities to grow. Defeat organized naval formations and command ships that wield skills of their own. Stronger fleets await in every new region.
Growth that survives the sinking
When you sink, the cards and fleet growth earned during that voyage are lost, and your next attempt begins in the first region. Permanent shipyard upgrades purchased with Soul Essence remain.
Improve your hull, cannon fire, maneuverability, and escorts, then set sail again. Clear every region on Easy to unlock Normal, and complete Normal to unlock Hard.
