Sketch to Arrest

About the game
A witness, a sketch artist, and a killer who might be sitting right next to you. Draw suspects from shaky testimony, question everything you're told, and decide who to arrest before another night ends in another body.
Original Steam description
Sketch to Arrest is a social deduction game about drawing the truth out of unreliable witnesses. Someone saw something. Someone may be lying. Your sketch may be wrong.
Every night in Wincetropolis, the lights go out and someone doesn't make it to morning. Each guest catches a glimpse from their window: a Polaroid of a figure under a streetlight, half in shadow, maybe in the wrong colors. By day, the witnesses describe what they saw while the sketcher draws the suspect feature by feature. The game turns that sketch into a 3D doll, then fills a lineup with faces that look just like it. Arrest the right one and the case is closed. Arrest the wrong one and the night goes on, and so does the killing.
The killers are sitting right there with you, and they testify too. Between nights they can dye their hair, get a nose job, pull up a hood or change the color of the streetlights, or lie in wait for a witness who watches too closely. Then they help steer the room toward the wrong face. In a city covered in billboards promising "No one will ever recognize you," a face can change overnight.
Play together
4 to 12 players online, with one or two killers, each dealt their own set of disguises and tricks
Secret roles with private evidence: a receptionist who phones the rooms, a housekeeper who searches them, a hotel manager who gets a private photo, a refurbisher who reopens sealed rooms, and a guest who just wants a warm cell and wins by getting arrested
Three ways to interview: one sketcher calling witnesses to the desk, an open table, or everyone sketching at once, with live sketches on the projection room screen (tomatoes optional)
Swap suspects in and out of the lineup, argue it out, and vote to arrest
Design your own killer and decorate your cardboard box in the lounge
Voice and text chat, an anonymous Witness Protection mode, public lobbies and shareable lobby codes
Configurable rules: timers, interview styles, lookalike decoys and the penalty for a wrong arrest
Play alone
Story: seven chapters across Wincetropolis, from a run-down inn to a grand hotel (the final chapter is still in development)
Endless: take investigation jobs at every location, earn money (or sink into debt), upgrade your office and take on harder cases
The city
Seven locations across Wincetropolis, each with its own rooms, streetlights, sightlines and blind spots, where where you sleep decides what you see.
