Schooligans: Welcome to Coolischool!

Schooligans is a chaotic online co-op party game for 1 to 8 players, with physics, proximity voice chat and teachers who actually listen. You and your crew are the worst students at the school, and you have one school year to become legends. How? By pulling off the dumbest stunts imaginable, and filming every second of it. Your score is views and popularity, not kills: it's your aura.

A stunt nobody saw is worth almost nothing: pull out your phone and film. Someone has to hold the camera, so someone isn't the star. Take turns, or fight over it. Everything multiplies: behind the teacher's back, right next to them, on a desk, in the dark, the whole crew in frame… Nobody to film you? Selfie mode. A stunt never seen before is worth more than a repeat: get creative!


At night, when you go to bed, you post your vlog with your best clips of the day. In the morning, the dorm TV shows the whole school what everyone brought in. And sometimes, for no clear reason, a video goes viral and pays off way more than expected!


At roll call, raise your hand and say "here!" out loud when the teacher calls your name: teachers use real voice recognition and listen in on proximity voice chat. So whisper your plans, talk your way out of trouble, or snitch on your best friend to save your own skin. It works, and it's the funniest thing you'll do all night.

Physics means chaos

Everything runs on physics: nothing ever goes as planned, and the best videos are always the ones that go wrong. Dance on a desk in the middle of class, kill the lights, throw spitballs, or get chased by the teacher while a friend films!


Your planner tells you which class is next, and in which room.

• Math: roll call, the lesson, then the test. A cheat sheet might save your grade!
  
• Music: graded on every minigame: karaoke, beatbox, musical chairs, orchestra…
  
• PE: the teacher wants discipline. He's not getting any.
  
• Library: silence meter. Good luck.

The angrier the teacher gets, the more it pays… and the riskier it gets. Caught by the teacher? Stand in the corner. Twice. And the time after that… you're out!


After class, the lights dim, then the supervisor does his rounds and kicks everyone out, straight to the dorm. That's when things get interesting. At night the school is locked, and the key is in a supervisor's back pocket: swipe it… from behind! Every room hides tomorrow's cheat sheet. Zombies roam the halls: crouch and stay quiet, and you'll get by. Big objects can be sold at a mysterious shop. The password? Listen closely to what Cartonix tells you when you arrive.


A term is three school days. Then the class council checks the crew's aura quota. Missed it? You repeat the year. Missed it again? The whole crew gets expelled. But money, rankings and titles are every kid for themselves. And on GossipApp, the school's social network, everyone knows who did what, where, when… and what people are saying about you.
