Pocket Partner is a lightweight desktop companion that brings 3D avatars to life on your screen. While other desktop pets lock you into preset behaviors, Pocket Partner is built entirely around deep, granular customization. Import your favorite .vrm models, build personalized outfits, and completely overhaul the animations and audio to make your partner your own.

COMPLETE CUSTOMIZATION

Go far beyond just loading a model. Pocket Partner gives you direct control over your avatar's appearance and state right on your desktop.

• The Outfit System: Save your edits and instantly swap between customized looks on the fly.

• Mesh & Material Editing: Toggle specific clothing meshes on or off and swap materials using built-in preset shaders.

• Advanced Blendshapes: Trigger facial expressions and blendshapes, and bind them directly to specific animations for unique reactions.

BRING YOUR OWN ANIMATIONS & AUDIO

Don't like the default idle pose? Change it. Pocket Partner allows you to import your own custom animations and swap them out in real time. You can also replace any built-in sound effect with your own custom audio files.

Assign your custom imports (or use the built-in defaults) to a variety of dynamic states:

• Intro & Idle: Welcomes you on startup and breathes life into your desktop.

• AFK / Sleep: Dozes off when you step away from your PC.

• Drag: Pick up your partner and drag them around.

• Window Sitting: Snaps to the top of your active windows or taskbar to watch you work.

• Edge Hiding: Watch your partner peek out from the left or right edge of your monitor.

• Manual Triggers: Command your partner to dance, wave, or perform any imported animation on demand.

TACTILE & INTERACTIVE

Your partner reacts dynamically to your cursor. Pick them up and drag them across your screen with dedicated dragging animations, or engage with them directly:

• Hand Holding: Move your cursor near their hands and watch them reach out to catch it. Don't fall in love.

• Head & Spine Tracking: Your partner will watch and track your cursor from anywhere on the screen.

• Hair Flicking & Physics: Full interactive springbone support means hair, skirts, and accessories flick, bounce, and sway naturally when you run your mouse over them.

A Note on Importing:

The app natively supports standard .vrm models and .fbx animation files. Physics, animations, materials and clipping quality will depend on how the original artist rigged the imported model.
