Descripción original de Steam
Small office. Big ticket energy.
The internet has fallen out. The printer is eating a report. Someone says Excel hurt their feelings — and they want it fixed now.
PLEASE FIX! is a funny time-management game about being the entire IT department. Grab the right tool, get to the right desk and do the fix yourself, before your coworkers' patience runs out and somebody throws their monitor across the room.
Keep them waiting and they crack.
Patience drains in real time, and everyone handles it differently. Coworkers go red, start muttering, and eventually take it out on the furniture. Leave them long enough and you'll learn exactly how they feel about you, in their own words.
A coffee run buys the whole office a breather. A dash buys you a few precious steps. Neither is covered in the employee handbook.
Grab a tool. Make someone's day.
Every ticket tells you what it needs, so your technical qualifications can be "owns a mouse."
The reboot remote — catch the green zone. Some machines want two clean passes. One of them is haunted.
The spare cable — match the sockets, or untangle a patch panel somebody has thoroughly rewired.
The printer kit — ease the paper out before it tears. Gently. It can tell.
The emotional support duck — the entire repair is saying nothing. Press anything and they lose their train of thought.
Harder tickets bring harder versions of every repair, and the big requests need more than one tool, so you'll be sprinting back to the tool stations mid-job while the rest of the office keeps asking, "While you're here…"
A perfectly normal office emergency.
The shared printer chooses violence and fills the floor with paper. The network goes for a walk and takes everyone's patience with it. Drop what you're doing, grab the right kit and get there in time — every emergency you let run its course costs the whole office its good mood.
Clock out. Upgrade. Clock back in.
A campaign across two offices — the annex seats everyone differently and swaps the tool stations around, so none of your routes transfer.
Endless overtime, which lasts until the office gives up on you, and a daily scramble with a fresh shared setup every day.
More than 40 help-desk requests to collect in your ticket log, each with its own reply.
Four upgrade tracks between shifts: faster shoes, steadier hands, friendlier auto-replies and a bigger coffee pot.
Star ratings, combos, clean-fix bonuses and personal records.
Your first day comes with a buddy.
Bea's optional, untimed orientation walks you through every tool and repair. Turn on Cozy mode for extra patience, reduce the motion, set music and sound separately, play with a mouse, keyboard or controller, and pause whenever you need a real break.
Try it now: the free demo has Bea's orientation, three shifts, endless overtime and the daily scramble.
No IT experience needed. Previous exposure to a printer may help you feel understood.
