GoldRush is a 2D mining strategy game set during the American Gold Rush. Buy a promising claim, search beneath the surface, and turn your discoveries into the money you need for your next move. A rich deposit can change your fortunes, but land, equipment, and loans all come at a price.

CLAIM YOUR PIECE OF THE GOLD RUSH

Compare mining sites and bid for a claim at the land auction. Rival prospectors have their own budgets and priorities, and disputes over valuable land can lead to dice challenges. Choose a site worth the investment while leaving enough money to work it.  

SCAN, DIG, AND DISCOVER

Use your scanner to locate gold, carve a path through the ground, and search for diamonds and relics. Each mining round has a time limit, and your carrying capacity is limited. Decide where to dig and when to return to the surface with your haul.

MAKE ROOM WITH DYNAMITE

Open up the ground with a carefully placed blast. Dynamite can clear several tiles at once, but its short fuse gives you only a few seconds to get clear. An ambitious shortcut can also end your expedition.

SELL WHEN THE PRICE IS RIGHT

Gold in your bag is not cash in your pocket. Visit buyers to sell your haul, compare their prices, and watch how supply, demand, and market events change your options. Choose between selling now to fund your next move and holding out for a better price.
