Board Dynasty

Pick a mode and challenge your friends. Board Dynasty brings property trading, disasters and party games to a colourful 3D board, with single-player and multiplayer.

Weather

Buy properties, collect rent and use weather events to disrupt rivals. Some events let you choose who gets hit.

Minesweeper

Read the numbers, pick a tile and avoid four hidden bombs. Hit a bomb and you're out. Last player standing wins.

Property Trader

Buy for $500, follow the market and decide when to sell. Prices change each round.

Flip Side

Land on a FLIP tile to turn the board from day to night. Everyone keeps their position. Cheap properties become expensive, and expensive properties become cheap.

Time Travel

Four eras change the board and its rules. Your properties come with you.

Cash or Case

Take the banker's offer or open the case. Most cash wins.

Cards change the race

In Reverse!, play a card before rolling: skip the next player, reverse the turn order, send their next move backwards or reduce their roll. Keep a card for later, or use it now.



High Stakes uses a different hand: everyone secretly chooses a playing card, and the highest wins the movement prize.

Pass the bomb

Hot Potato: choose forward or backward after rolling. Cross another pawn to pass the bomb. If it explodes while you hold it, you lose a property. Most properties after eight rounds wins.

Classic, Race and other rule sets are also included in the full game. Choose match length and house rules where the selected mode allows them.

Play solo or with friends

Play against computer opponents or challenge friends in multiplayer. Choose your pawn and unlock cosmetics through play.
