A seat at the card table, a duel in the arena, or an unhurried game of chess: The Games of Gods brings three games from the world of IndigoTales together in one application. Choose your next match and meet the gods, creatures and stories of the nine worlds.

FR: The Cardgame

Classic Mau-Mau meets Norse fantasy. Match values or factions, counter attacks and play special card effects. Face up to three AI opponents or join other players online. The in-game card wiki explains effects and combinations and lets you listen to the available German character voices.

FR: The Battle of Gods

The fighting game brings IndigoTales characters into the arena. Fight the AI or another player locally. Fenrir, Sammy, Loki, Odin and Thor form the free starting roster. Another 25 fighters are being prepared in seven optional DLC packs. Fighters you do not own remain visible and locked. Online duels are still in private testing.

FR: The Nine Kingdoms

Take your place at the chessboard and enjoy thinking through your next move. The collection includes chess with characters from the nine worlds. Face the AI or share a board with another player locally.
Stories at the chessboard – planned expansion: Future optional chess DLCs are intended to introduce new opponents and original IndigoTales stories. The idea is to enjoy a relaxing game of chess while listening to tales from this world. These expansions are not available yet. Contents, prices and release dates will be announced later.

A shared meeting place

The new interface brings the three games together with the Thing, chat, collection, shop and settings in one application. The Steam client signs you in automatically through Steam. Card packs can be purchased through Steam Wallet there. Previously verified account links are reused; a new Steam game profile and a previously separate IndigoTales collection are not merged automatically.

38 achievements across three games

Cards, collecting and personal customisation offer 20 goals. Ten combat and eight chess achievements join them: from your first victory to castling, from a perfect round to wins with different fighters. Follow your progress in the Hall of Fame.

Early Access – current availability

Now in the public Steam client: all three games in a shared interface. The Cardgame supports AI and online matches. The Battle of Gods and The Nine Kingdoms support AI and local two-player games. Online fighting and online chess are still in development. The seven fighter DLCs are not on sale yet.
The game is in development. Bugs, unfinished animations and changes to controls, rules and balance are possible. Available voice recordings are in German and remain incomplete. Online features, account collections and purchases require an internet connection.
Planned for a later update: complete throw animations, including the attacker's grab and the opponent's throw and fall. Current throws have known visual issues. No release date has been set.
