Hack Faster is a story-driven incremental hacking simulator set inside an interactive hacker operating system.
Scan the network. Break through security. Steal valuable files and erase your traces. Turn the loot into better hardware and stronger software, then take on targets that were once out of reach.
Breach the network
Every target is a new problem to solve. Procedurally generated servers put your processing power, memory, storage, connection speed and ability to stay hidden to the test.
Plan your approach. Choose Rush, Balanced or Stealth. Split CPU cores between attack and defense, load the right tools into RAM and use your VPN to buy more time before detection.
Synchronize your tools and push them into Overclock to tear through security layers. Speed can save the operation, but uncontrolled power can bring the trace down on you even faster.
Build your perfect rig
Six hardware systems. Eight generations of upgrades. Improve your CPU, RAM, HDD, Uplink, VPN and Scanner to take on tougher targets.
Buy software licenses, compile stronger builds and install Ghost modifications. Fit specialized components, weigh their tradeoffs and build for speed, capacity, stealth or the weakness of your next target.
Decide what the data is worth
Your drive has limited space. Choose what to steal, then decide what to do with it:
Sell valuable files to fund your next upgrade.
Send intel to Aegis to build your reputation.
Keep sensitive data in your archive and decide what should stay hidden.
The most profitable file is not always the most important.
Follow the signal
Aegis has contracts for you. Ghost has questions Aegis would rather leave unanswered.
Follow a trail of stolen data through seven story chapters filled with covert operations, cinematic scenes and difficult choices. Behind the files are people whose futures depend on the routes you choose.
Your choices leave a trace. Decide who to trust, who receives the evidence and which secrets stay buried. The consequences follow you into future operations.
