About Xiuzhen Chronicles

Begin as an Ordinary Mortal

Xiuzhen Chronicles is a rule-driven cultivation life simulation RPG.

You play as Lu Chenzhou, an ordinary young man living in Linhe County.

There is no immortal reincarnation, no divine bloodline, and no legendary inheritance waiting for you from the very beginning.

Starting from an ordinary mortal life, you will gradually encounter the world of cultivation, acquire techniques and resources, meet people from all walks of life, and find your own path through sects, markets, wilderness, and human relationships.

Your cultivation life begins with truly having almost nothing.

Cultivation Also Means Surviving in This World

Explore, cultivate, gather resources, use items, deal with events, build relationships, and decide how you respond to the problems in front of you.

You may join a sect and gradually earn your place from menial work and the outer ranks, or become a wandering cultivator and look for opportunities through markets, commissions, trade, and exploration.

Cultivation is not simply an experience bar.

Techniques, resources, physical condition, relationships, identity, and past experiences all affect what Lu Chenzhou can encounter later—and what he may have to bear.

No single path has to define you forever.

A sect disciple today may leave or betray the sect in the future; a wandering cultivator may one day establish a force of their own.

The World Will Not Stop and Wait for You

The world of Xiuzhen Chronicles does not revolve around the player alone.

NPCs have their own states, relationships, emotions, memories, knowledge, and experiences.

They may remember your help, but they may also remember deception and betrayal. They can be injured, change their stance, or even die.

Time continues to move forward as well.

Problems you leave unresolved may continue to develop. Opportunities you miss may not remain forever, and choices you made long ago may return to affect you much later.

What you experience is not only a sequence of prewritten scenes, but a personal history that gradually becomes part of the world's own history.

Choices Change the World State, Not Just the Next Line of Dialogue

Important outcomes are resolved by the game's rule systems.

Whether you obtain an item, whether a character dies, how a relationship changes, whether cultivation breaks through, and what consequences an event creates do not happen simply because a piece of narrative says so.

Narrative tells you what happened.

Rules determine whether it truly happened.

This means the same event can develop differently depending on character state, time, resources, relationships, and past choices—and those results remain part of the world afterward.

Leave Behind Lu Chenzhou's Own Xiuzhen Chronicle

From a mortal taking his first step toward sensing spiritual energy;

From a few copper coins to techniques, wealth, and secrets of his own;

From an unknown herbal-shop apprentice to a sect disciple, wandering cultivator, powerful figure, or even someone with a force of his own.

You will make friends, and you may also leave enemies behind.

Some people may stand beside you for years, while others may part ways with you because of a single choice.

What remains in the end is not merely a cultivation realm or a set of statistics, but the life Lu Chenzhou truly lived in this world.

Begin as a mortal. Live your own cultivation life.
