This is a horror-mystery visual novel that uses over 2,500 live-action images.
A mystery that becomes more terrifying the more you unravel the mystery and realize the truth.

Someone died on the 13th floor of an apartment building.
Ominous rumors about the building begin to surface.
It started with a casual interest in the death of an older brother who had passed away months earlier—but the more the investigation deepened...
A connection emerged between the rumors and the brother's death.
Can the truth be uncovered amidst the swirl of rumors and speculation?
About This Work
I have rebuilt *Floor XIII no Shinsho*—a title originally released as a doujin game 13 years ago (in 2013)—by switching the development tools used to create it.
It is a horror-mystery visual novel featuring multiple endings.
Key changes associated with the restructuring
Adding to or revising the text without altering the content of the story.
We reduced the excessive number of bad endings and choices so that players can focus on the story.
Additional features such as an ending list.
Just a few new elements.
Key Features of This Work
Scenes that shift in minute detail as the text progresses, utilizing a vast number of live-action images.
Sound effects utilizing actual ambient sounds, and immersive background music that adapts to the situation.

Playtime: Approximately 6–12hours
There are 17 endings in total:
Good endings (with end credits) × 3
Normal endings (with end credits) × 2
Bad endings × 11
Secret ending × 1
