Original Steam description

Pachinko Mayhem brings the arcade ball-drop machine fully to your screen and stuffs it with roguelite builds — a dead-serious machine rolling a crowd of less-than-serious balls.
Place your bet, wait for the multiplier lights, and pull the plunger. Your ball clatters down the nail board — watch it, or smack the cabinet and pull out a ridiculous item to nudge it toward the brightest lane. Just don't smack too hard: the TILT meter is watching.
Every ball you drop earns XP: climb stages to draw Mod Cards, appraise your ball's hidden Traits, and watch your build come together as the payouts get wilder. Your exchange rate climbs with every stage — keep pushing, or Cash Out now and turn your net winnings into Point Cards? Go broke, and the cash-out is gone.
The arcade shelf is packed with real physical toys, each with its own independent ruleset:
- Classic Ball-Drop Machine: Single-shot plunger, multiplier lights, crowded nail board, and absurd mod cards
- Japanese Pachinko: Dial knob stream control, continuous fire, six blooming tulips linked with central mechanical features
- True 3D Coin Pusher: Sliding shelves pushing coins over the cliff, watch coin towers collapse, and time your gilded coins for massive multipliers
- Starflight Pinball: Dual manual flippers to rescue and aim, light up three drop targets to open the hatch, and charge the Jackpot
- Blackjack Machine: Plunger power picks the lane, peg scattering decides your card, and duel the dealer in a game of 21
- Bingo Pinball Machine: 1950s classic revival, 25-hole physical ball drop, and rotate the 4-corner squares to line up winning cards
Key Features:
- 6 distinct physical machines, each with its own bespoke playfield and core mechanics
- Underhanded items that escalate from "fair enough" to "how is that even legal?"
- Cash out anytime: bank your net profits safely and clear out the Prize Counter with Point Cards
- Just want plain ball-dropping? Classic Mode offers a faithful, distraction-free real-world simulation
