Original Steam description
The village falls. Its memories live on.
Last Civilization: Inherited Flame is a settlement survival simulation about building a village around the last flame and passing its records and memories to the next civilization. Daytime preparations shape your survival at night. What you preserve from failure can help the next village endure.
Screens show the full game under development (Japanese UI). They do not establish that all shown features are included in the currently distributed demo.

Build homes and workplaces around the last flame. Turn today’s resources into daily life—and preparations for the night ahead.
Captured during isolated play in the development build.
Build by day. Defend by night.
Gather wood, stone, and food. Build homes, farms, workshops, and defenses. Residents' work, hunger, stamina, hauling, and building use affect one another. Prepare fences and gates and assign a night watch before the Shadows arrive. Damage and shortages carry into the next morning.

Your daytime preparations shape the coming night. Approaching Shadows, dwindling fuel and damaged defenses: deciding who goes where can make the next morning possible.
Captured during isolated play in the development build.

Revisit each resident’s life, one book at a time

From Early Access toward the full release
We plan to keep improving long-term balance, controls, readability, buildings, research, calamities, record events, and supported languages. Content and implementation order may change with testing and feedback.
