The humans have conquered every dungeon in the world and torn out their Cores — the power that keeps a dungeon alive. Only one Core remains: the Core of Labyrinthos, the deepest dungeon of them all.

The Legion that guards it can't leave its post. So the ones heading out to take back the stolen Cores are the monsters who never made it into the Legion.

A former lord of the labyrinth. A one-armed markswoman. A timid lich and a staff that eats everything. A sorrowful jester with giant shears. And a reaper who watches over monsters. Everyone laughs them off as the Pension Squad, but not one of them is ready to admit it's over.

These washed-up monsters are your squad. Take back the Cores one by one, make the dungeon grow again, and reclaim the glory days they were robbed of.
