HR GamersDiscovered Oct 20, 2026

About the game

Your boss won't let you quit. So this is a boss fight. Read their excuses, counter with strategy cards, and put the evidence on the table. Win back your resignation date, your paid leave, and 38 unpaid minutes. 2 protagonists, 34+ endings and 43 titles — how you quit follows you to your next job.

Original Steam description

Your resignation meeting is the boss fight

When you show the evidence, they crack.

Japan's most dreaded meeting — the resignation talk — turned into a card battle ADV.

Read the excuse. Counter with cards. Watch the tells.

  • Read the excuse. Every boss has a script: "We're short-staffed." "Think of the team." "Just one more month."

  • Counter with policy cards. Sympathy, logic, records, or walking away — your style shapes the outcome.

  • Watch the tells. A teacup turned upside down. A stamp that hesitates. When the story changes, someone is lying.
