Audionaut est un jeu de combat automatique en 2D mêlant vaisseau spatial et composition musicale. Les joueurs créent de la musique en reliant des modules avec des câbles et construisent un vaisseau (ainsi qu'une composition) de plus en plus complexe à mesure qu'ils triomphent d'ennemis toujours plus puissants.

Audionaut is a 2D music composition spaceship autobattler. Taking inspiration from modular synthesis, players make music using the component parts of their ship. As you defeat ever stronger enemies and build a better ship, so too will your composition grow. Can you make it back to the ruins of a shattered Earth and heal it with your song?

Music Composition - combat modules set parameters to generate music in real-time, creating a balance between gameplay and creativity
Combat - players engage in strategic autobattler encounters, hearing how their song matches up against their opponents'
Roguelite Progression - as players progress, their ship and composition grow increasingly complex, increasing their power with each subsequent run
Inventory Management - with careful planning skills and a "subpatch" system that can help condense down complex module chains, players work against spatial limitations while increasing their ship's power
Shop - after winning battles, players spend well-earned scrap to purchase new modules to experiment with
Creative Mode - players who care more about creative discovery than combat can enable a sandbox mode to gain access to all existing modules and rack size adjustments for free play
