'Slim Girl' is a game centered around simulating weight loss, where players can choose their own fitness direction and shape their ideal body!
Gameplay Overview:
1. Choose your starting difficulty – the game offers 3 initial difficulties.
2. Manage your diet – pick a diet plan that fits your weight loss goals to maximize workout results.
3. Stay hydrated – lack of water will seriously reduce your exercise effectiveness.
4. Simulate workouts – running or swimming freely in the game accumulates exercise points, while doing specific training in the gym is even more effective.
5. Maintain sleep – your daily exercise points are only calculated when you sleep.
