Raid Leader Simulator is a fantasy guild-management strategy game about building a team capable of clearing demanding raids. Recruit specialists, set weekly schedules, negotiate contracts, prepare gear and tactics, then lead your roster through real-time 3D boss encounters.
BUILD A RAID TEAM
Recruit tanks, healers, melee fighters, ranged attackers, and specialists. Balance roles, individual strengths, availability, morale, and contracts as you shape an eight-player roster.
MANAGE THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PARTY
Handle attendance problems, pay, loot promises, negotiations, and rival pressure. Your decisions affect trust, motivation, and whether your best raiders remain with the guild.
PREPARE EVERY ATTEMPT
Set formations, assign roles, choose tactical focus and pace, and refine your plan from combat reports. Learn boss patterns and adjust before the next pull.
