Nine Thrones is an open-world fantasy RPG inspired by the freedom and adventure of classic tabletop roleplaying games.

Create your character, gather a party, and set out into a world filled with dangerous dungeons, forgotten ruins, warring kingdoms, and unexpected opportunities.

There is no single path you must follow. Hunt monsters, search for treasure, trade between towns, become an outlaw, lead soldiers into battle, or pursue a throne of your own.

The world has its own conflicts, characters, and ambitions. You're free to become part of them—or make your own adventure.

OLD-SCHOOL ROLEPLAYING, MEANINGFUL CHOICES

Build your character using familiar fantasy RPG attributes, classes, abilities, and skills. Recruit companions who have personalities, opinions, and relationships of their own.

Decisions matter. Quests can unfold in different ways, friendships can become rivalries, and your actions may have consequences long after an adventure ends.

TACTICAL TURN-BASED COMBAT

Fight monsters, bandits, soldiers, and other dangers in tactical battles where positioning, equipment, abilities, spells, and party composition matter. Lead a handful of adventurers or command larger forces.

A WORLD THAT DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND YOU

Your actions can leave lasting marks on the world. Clear out bandit camps, destroy hostile strongholds, or conquer settlements and bring them under new rulers. The consequences can extend far beyond the original battle.

YOUR AMBITIONS ARE YOUR OWN

You don't have to become a hero, general, or king. Build a fortune, become a notorious outlaw, travel as an adventurer, or become involved in the politics of the realm.

And if your ambitions turn toward rulership, you can rise to govern a city or castle and take your place among the powers shaping the world. Many locations can be conquered or destroyed.

But be warned: kingdoms and smaller factions are bound together by alliances and obligations. Conquering a small village might be easy, but doing so could put you at war with the powerful kingdom that claims it—and its allies.

A NOTE FROM RED TOWER STUDIOS

Nine Thrones is currently in late alpha, and we're preparing to launch into Early Access soon.

The game is still evolving. Some systems are being expanded, new content is in development, and there may be bugs along the way.

We're a small independent studio with ambitious plans, and player feedback will help shape the future of Nine Thrones.
