You are trapped inside a mysterious hospital.
Observe your surroundings carefully.
If you notice an anomaly, turn back.
If everything looks normal, continue forward.
Not every anomaly is harmless.
Some won't let you leave.
Every playthrough presents anomalies in a different order, making each run a new experience.

Floor Zero is a short first-person psychological anomaly horror game set inside a mysterious hospital.
