About the game
Initials: END is Roguelite card game with massive replayability. Modify the game with augments and cartridges to decide how you want to play and complete amazing combos.
Original Steam description
Initials: END is a single-player arcade style Roguelite card game about playing cards on a grid, deciding how to alter the game for a best possible score
GAMEPLAY
Place cards on a a grid. Fill all spaces in a row or column and make exactly 21 to clear the line, grow its multiplier, and keep your tempo chain alive. Go over 21 and the line busts, costing limited HP.
BUILD A SCORING ENGINE
Level up during each run and choose one cartridge and up to three augments that transform how you play.
With 40 augments and 20 cartridges to discover, your strongest run may come from a careful plan, a dangerous synergy, or ultra fast play.
LOAD A NEW SET OF RULES
Start of each run, load a cartridge that rewrites the cabinet.
Twenty unlockable cartridges alter your hand, deck, board, scoring, tempo, health, and risk. Flood the deck with special cards, lock parts of the grid, supercharge columns, or make every point of damage add to an increasingly reckless multiplier.
THE LAST ARCADE IS CLOSING
Last local arcade is closing, probably because of new amazing home gaming systems leaves very few reasons to go to the arcades anymore. Hearing the news makes you remember the time when setting a new high score in any machine was a big deal in the local gaming community, and it has been years since you have tried to get to the top of the high score list in any of your favorite games.
But it's not too late. You take your last quarters and run to the arcade with one mission - you're going to leave your initials and the highest score ever at least one of the machines.
Make the last high score and become a local legend.
