IKIGAI

Coming soon

Ancyra StudioDiscovered Oct 15, 2026

About the game

Grab, shove and flail your way through a gauntlet of physics-driven party games. Up to 8 players, wobbly ragdoll limbs and a fresh minigame every round — sumo showdowns, chaotic football and frantic fishing, wrapped in Japanese folk charm.

Original Steam description

Your body is the obstacle

Every player in IKIGAI is an active ragdoll — arms that overreach, legs that betray you, a centre of gravity with its own agenda. You don't press a button to win. You lean, shove, grab a rival mid-sprint and hope physics is on your side this round.

A different game every round

Matches are a run of minigames, picked live by the roulette. Pick a short 3-game sprint or a full 11-game gauntlet. Points carry over, the standings board goes up between rounds, and the crown goes to whoever survived the whole run — not whoever won once.

The minigames

  • SUMO — A hexagonal ring, eight ragdolls, and one rule: stay on it. Charge your shove, time your grab, and watch rivals sail past you into nothing. Last one standing takes the round.
  • FOOTBALL — Football with no hands, no rules and no dignity. The arena grows with the player count, golden goal settles a draw, and nobody quite controls where the ball goes.
  • FISHING — Three minutes, a lake full of fish and everyone's crate to fill. Rarer fish score more. So does stealing one out of someone else's arms on the way to the truck.
More minigames are in production and land in free updates.

Play with friends, or against strangers

  • Rooms for up to 8 players
  • Invite code for a private lobby, password lock, or open your room to the public list
  • Region selection so your lobby isn't fighting the ping
  • Full gamepad support with rumble — menus included

Make your ragdoll yours

Unlock costumes, accessories and emotes as you level up, or grab a set from the shop. Spin the emote wheel mid-round to gloat, apologise or make it worse. Every season brings a new battle pass with a fresh track of rewards.

Japanese folk, party-game energy

Daruma dolls, cherry blossom, festival lanterns and gongs — IKIGAI takes its look from Japanese folk tradition and its pacing from the best couch party games. Hand-painted toon art, readable at a glance, even with eight ragdolls tangled in the middle of the screen.
