Granule

Granule is a physics sandbox built around a ragdoll who won't stay dead. Break, bleed, burn, and dismember him with a growing set of tools, powers, and more.

It all starts with Murray, a man who, on a particularly bad day, did not let a certain driver merge onto the highway. That driver was a witch. In her rage, she sent Murray to The Granule: a dimension beyond death, but not beyond torment. Unknown to the witch and Murray, something already lives there. You.

Everything in the room is simulated, and the fun is in what happens when the systems meet. Water fills the room and drains out. Fire spreads along anything that burns. Ice forms in the cold and melts near the heat. Lightning runs through water and through whoever is standing in it. Portals pass anything through, limbs included. It all runs at once, so things happen that were never built on purpose.

Some of what you can do to him is simple: a blade, a bat, a gun. The rest goes further. You can flood the room, turn off gravity, open holes in the walls, split him into smaller copies of himself, or reach into his head. There is far more than any list here could cover, and it keeps growing.

Murray has a working body under the skin. He bleeds, chokes, burns, freezes, and blacks out, and the diagram shows all of it as it happens. There is no game over. There's just whatever state you left him in.

The room is where you keep him. It is not all there is. The Granule is more vast than he could ever imagine, and you are not its only occupant. Some of the others have already taken notice.

Granule is in Early Access, with lots more items, mod support, building, saving rooms, and more creatures and places still to come.
